How do we book an Eagles Nest Theatre incursion for our school?
There are several ways to book an incursion with us. You can book online via our easy to use Bookings page or contact us direct via our Contact Us page which includes email and phone options.
Are your workshops and performances excursions or incursions?
Unless it's our public season all our workshops and performances are incursions.
Your sessions are 2 hours long, is there any flexablilty with time in order to fit our class timetable?
Yes of course, please contact us direct to discuss the time period you have in mind and we will do what we can do accommodate.

Is there a minimum number of students required per booking?
Yes, the minimum number of students is 100. If you have fewer students and still want to book, please reach out to us. We are very accomodating and can generally find a solution.
What sort of space do you require?
Our actors are used to performing and presenting in all sorts of different spaces. What is important is that they have space to move, students can see them and the space is shielded from outside noise that is too loud for our actors to speak over.
We are a school with strict guidelines and protocols. Is this a problem?
Not at all. Please let us know in advance if you have any special guidelines or values that you would like us to follow. We pride ourselves in working with schools and will always want to be respectful to your school community.
Are we able to ask for special or specific scenes and details to be looked at in our workshops and performances?
Absolutely. While we can't promise that we will be able to fulfill every wish we will always do our best to meet your needs. The more notice we have in advance the more likely this is to happen as well.
Cost is an issue for us, are there any cheaper or discount options available?
Yes, if required we are able to provide workshops & performances with fewer actors and/or shorter sessions at a slightly reduced cost. Simply reach out to us and we shall do what we can for you.
We are a regional school, are we still able to book with you?
Yes, we regularly travel to many regional schools across Victoria. Please note that additional organisational time and nominal travel fees do apply.
When and how do we pay for the booking?
You can choose to pay before or after the Eagles Nest Theatre performance/workshop. You will receive a Tax invoice from us with bank deposit & cheque payment options available.
Can we make a booking for a text not listed on the Eagles Nest Theatre website?
No problem. As part of our commitment to education we regularly create tailor made workshops for individual schools. View our Tailor Made Workshops page for more information. book online or simply contact us direct to make arrangements.
How do I create a My Account with Eagles Nest Theatre to view my current & past bookings?
Simply sign up via our secure Sign Up page, once we validate your details you will have access to your bookings as well as the ability to view & download your tax invoices.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
